RSCE
The Real Sociedad Canina de España (hereinafter RSCE) is the owner of the website www.rsce.es (hereinafter the "Website"), with registered office at Calle Maldonado 56, Entreplanta, 28006, Madrid and with CIF number G-28545812 and whose aim is to carry out the following activities related to dog breeding:
1º The conservation, promotion and improvement of pure breeds of herding, guarding, defence, racing, working, companion, stalking and hunting dogs and, in general, of all canine breeds.
2º The acclimatisation and development in Spain of the various breeds of dogs with foreign origins, both working and showing dogs.
3º The keeping of the Stud Book of Purebred Dog Breeds known named the Spanish Stud Book (LOE), property of the RSCE, and the issuing of the documentation and certificates necessary to confirm the entries made in the said Book.
4º The keeping of the Initial Stud Book of Purebred Dog Breeds known as the Register of Purebred Dog Breeds (RRC), owned by the RSCE, and the issuing of documents and certificates that are required to confirm the entries made in the said Book.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF DATA
The Website guarantees the appropriate level of protection, adopting the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee security and which are legally required in order to prevent the loss, deterioration or access to unauthorised third parties of the personal data collected here. We regularly monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you submit to us. Data capture on the website is carried out through:

We will process your data for as long as it is necessary to deal with your request or enquiry.
Sending advertising and commercial prospecting by electronic means, about the RSCE, its activities, products and services, as well as documentation of various kinds. Article 6.1.a) RGPD: the basis on which we process your data is your consent. We will process your data until you revoke your consent to receive advertising and information about activities, products and services of various kinds.

CATEGORIES OF THE RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
All the utilities offered by third parties are strictly necessary for the development of the services of this website and have been selected in compliance with current legislation.

The exercise of the rights shall be free of charge for the User except when the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, especially due to their repetitive nature. In this case, the person responsible of the treatment may charge a reasonable fee in relation to the administrative costs or refuse to act on the request.

In accordance with the Law on information society services and electronic commerce, the Website does not engage in SPAM practices, and therefore does not send commercial e-mails by electronic means that have not been previously requested or authorised by the user. Consequently, in each of the forms on the website, the user has the possibility of giving their express consent to receive the newsletter, regardless of the commercial information specifically requested.
